Join this 1 hr dynamic class put together to help build your inversion practice. Expect a progressive, biomechanical and breathwork approach to going upside down. This class is not recommended for beginners and suitable for those who already have an existing vinyasa or hatha practice. You do not already need to be able to do headstands or handstands but come with the openness and curiosity to try! This is your practice and your journey – use this hour not to chase a pose aesthetic, but rather a different way to develop deeper presence and body awareness. Weekly, led by Kathy Gabriel.
Booking Policy: Bookings can be made right up to the start of class, but we recommend, especially if it’s your first time logging into our system and making a purchase that you do so with plenty of time to make sure that you’re able to access the class. Once the class has started, we will NOT be able to help you troubleshoot. To book a session, click into one of the scheduled classes below.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds can be given for cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance. Remember, our teachers still have to set aside time to teach these slots, so please be courteous and let them know in advance if you need to cancel. Refunds will be issued MINUS the fee kept by PayPal or Stripe. Alternatively, we can transfer your booking to a future class.
