YOGA BY THE BEACH – Southside

FREE WEDNESDAY SUNSET YOGA

Get your yoga fix every month at Sentosa. We will breathe, stretch and sunset watch our way to relaxation.  Our Wednesday evening classes will now be taking place at Southside by Siloso Point! This class is fun and welcoming to all, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. Guests are advised to arrive early to go to through the SafeEntry process. Limited to 30 people only on a first come, first serve basis. Registration required directly with Sentosa (click on our blue “Sign me up!” button) and follow the links to the Palawan Green option.

URBAN YOGA (previously Pop Up Yoga) was set up with the idea of building a community for likeminded individuals and with the firm belief that yoga should be inclusive and accessible to everyone! For the love of health and wellness, URBAN YOGA is an approach to give people more opportunities to explore this beautiful practice. The first in Singapore, URBAN YOGA is an initiative, a movement, to allow more in the same community to meet, inspire and sustain each other in the path to leading a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Please BYOM – Bring Your Own Mat. You may also want to bring a small towel and some drinking water.

Directions:
