URBAN YOGA @ Botanic Gardens is an opportunity to practice yoga in nature. Yoga asanas were inspired by the natural landscape which surrounds us. Practicing yoga outside the confines of concrete walls and high rise buildings allows us to connect to the earth, wind, sky, and the energy that ties us to everything else around us. It supports the practice and fosters a community spirit that is authentic.
URBAN YOGA is now open to 15 participants. In accordance with Sports SG regulations, the group will be divided sub-groups with the recommended guidelines for safe social distancing. Our outdoor classes have been a real life-line for many who have joined us since the phased reopening. We are delighted to be able to open the experience to a larger group.
URBAN YOGA (previously Pop Up Yoga) was set up with the idea of building a community for likeminded individuals and with the firm belief that yoga should be inclusive and accessible to everyone! For the love of health and wellness, URBAN YOGA is an approach to give people more opportunities to explore this beautiful practice. The first in Singapore, URBAN YOGA is an initiative, a movement, to allow more in the same community to meet, inspire and sustain each other in the path to leading a healthier and happier lifestyle.
The meeting point is in front of “BUKIT TIMAH GATE” (Botanic Gardens MRT exit A – Cluny Court Exit) 10 minutes before class starts and together with your teacher, you will go to ECO LAKE, our practice location, together. Please arrive on time so that the class can start promptly on time.
Booking Policy: Bookings close 1 hour before the session starts.
Cancellation Policy: During this period, no refunds will be issued to ensure that the limited spots are reserved for students who genuinely intend to attend the classes. If you are unable to attend a class after you have made a booking, please let us know 48 hours in advance, and we can transfer your booking to a future date. Requests to be made by e-mail.
